At Lady-Datejust– Ta Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your jewelry in its original designer packaging and include all certificates of authenticity. Ensure the item is securely packed in a shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location. All returns must be shipped with tracking and insurance for your protection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
